Development towards MOPAN 4

MOPAN’s methodology is evolving over time to remain relevant, timely and useful for the multilateral system. In line with this, the development of a MOPAN 4 assessment methodology is currently under way to ensure that MOPAN’s performance standards reflect the evolving multilateral context and emerging challenges. The process will be finalised in 2025 and the use of an updated methodological framework for organizational assessments will commence in 2026.
