MOPAN Evaluation (Volume 2)
The Multilateral Organisation Performance Assessment Network (MOPAN) was established by six bilateral donor countries in 2002. Since 2009, it has annually assessed the organisational effectiveness, and latterly results, of varying numbers of multilateral organisations using a Common Approach. Fifteen multilateral organisations have been fully assessed since 2009, while the network’s membership has grown to seventeen countries. This report identifies a set of findings and conclusions from an evaluation of the Common Approach as the basis for a set of recommendations to MOPAN members on the possible future scope and evolution of MOPAN.
