2019 UNCTAD

In 2019, the Multilateral Organisation Performance Assessment Network (MOPAN), assessed the performance of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). This was the first MOPAN assessment of UNCTAD. In agreement with the organisation, the assessment focused on technical co-operation, covering organisational effectiveness (strategic, operational, relationship and performance aspects) and providing a narrative on results.
